Two aspect patterns show November as a unique month this year: first, Saturn (Lord of karma) has just returned to Libra, sign of his exaltation, and Squares Pluto (Lord of the underworld)….This is even more significant because Pluto is sitting at the beginning of Capricorn, Saturn’s own sign; second, the New Moon is Square the triple Conjunction of Jupiter, Neptune, and Chiron.  This month’s purpose is in preparing the ground for a great leap in consciousness.  All anger and frustration now has to do with our inability to let go of the past.  But as counterpoint to this negative energy we also have lots of optimism and hope.  This positive force is of two kinds; the false hope, built on the fantasy of the return to the way things used to be; and true vision, built on solid ground.  This later positive energy emerges as a property within each of us as we more clearly perceive what is being asked of us now.  Responsibilities correctly handled lead to great joy.

The Full Moon is at 10 degrees of Scorpio/Taurus at 8:14 AM EST on November 2nd.  With Mars (god of war) Squaring the Full Moon we are in a more forceful mood.  Venus (goddess of love) Trines Neptune (god of the ocean) showing that we are having more harmony in our personal relationships; also this period favors beauty so it is time to enjoy an artistic event.  This is a time of both harmony and conflict.
 
The New Moon on November 16 is at 8:15 AM EST.  With this New Moon we are ushering in fundamental changes in our way of being with each other…we will see the reorganization of our financial system and health care…not just in the United States, but globally.  Be willing to set your sights high as we have the opportunity to reach far beyond where we thought we could go.  Plan to make big changes this month.
 
The Sun Enters Sagittarius November 21st.  This is the start of a most important, expansive, and joyful solar month.  The hard choices and changes of last month have borne fruit.  Concentrating on our personal life and taking care of a series of obligations gives us rewards.  Just a little bit of self-discipline goes a long way to advancing our cause.
  
From the 1st to the 8th we find that hard work and a buoyant spirit carry us a long way toward completing tasks and achieving our goals.  This is a time of renewal.

From the 9th to the 15th everyone seems to have an overactive mind; we all have many meaningful conversations. Our main task is to limit the amount of good things we participate in…It is necessary to stay focused in order to feel comfortable with ourselves.

From the 16th to the 22nd relationships are a key focus and driving motivation this week.  It’s a time of hard work and collecting our thoughts, but we still look for ways of connecting with others.  With a little forethought and planning there are lots of ways to discover new people to share time with.

From the 23rd to the 30th we feel under pressure.  While there is plenty of luck and lots of brilliant ideas now, it is important to keep our emotional impulses aimed at some larger goals.  Left uncheck, our passions can cause problems now.  Be tolerant of people who see the world differently.
 
1st – Sunday –Mercury Square Mars – Fiery feelings can inspire or destroy a good idea.  Be able to look beyond the emotions of the moment and work to resolve conflict within yourself and others.  The power to heal is very strong now.

2nd – Monday – Mercury Sesquiquadrate Uranus, Venus Quincunx Uranus, the Full Moon at 2:14 PM EST, Mars Sesquiquadrate Uranus, Venus Trine Neptune – Colorful ideas and rapid development of new insights prompt large scale changes.  Take chances and make changes.  This is a great time to explore and to innovate.   Meditation and letting go are always good at the time of the Full Moon.

3rd – Tuesday – This is time for exploring your artistic nature.  Make an effort; create harmony and balance.  Find comfort with friends.

4th – Wednesday – Neptune Turns Direct – We dance around the obvious conclusions until they are no longer escapable.  We have to act on our knowledge.  We must be unconcerned with other people’s expectations.  Take the first steps in a new direction.

5th – Thursday – Sun Conjunct Mercury, Sun Parallel Mercury – Powerful, hidden forces are at work and we have many conversations behind closed doors.  We may want to practice a little detective work to figure out what is really going on.

6th – Friday – Mercury Parallel Jupiter, Mercury Semi-square Saturn – The future looks more promising and our hopes rise with new information; patience is required to bring change.  Coordinated effort gives a chance for a lasting solution to a difficult problem.

7th – Saturday – Sun Parallel Jupiter, Mercury Semi-square Pluto, Venus Enters Scorpio – Confidence runs high; ambitious ideas can motivate us to embark on new enterprises.  Progress is assured when we plan breaks in our day.

8th – Sunday – Sun Semi-square Saturn, Mercury Square Jupiter, Sun Semi-square Pluto, Venus Semi-sextile Saturn-
Big ideas run into stubborn realities; life is good when you plan for small gains and structure your efforts to have built in stopping points. 

9th – Monday – Venus Sextile Pluto, Mercury Parallel Pluto – Persistent effort and a positive attitude can bring new options to light.  Be willing to put forth the extra effort to make sure everyone is accommodated in your decisions; but at the same time, still be self-reliant.

10th – Tuesday – Sun Square Jupiter – We feel confident and enthusiastic but circumstances may demand we wait to act.  Plan and be ready to take a bold leap forward.  Success depends on timing our efforts correctly.
 
11th – Wednesday – Mercury Trine Uranus, Mercury Contra-parallel Mars, Mercury Square Neptune – We are prompted to act on new and unusual ideas today.  Anything that breaks away from the set pattern of expectations and methods is favored.  The urge to be productive is overwhelming. 

12th – Thursday – Take time to listen to other points of view.  Today is a lesson in slowing down.  Harmony can be achieved if you wish it.

13th – Friday – Sun Parallel Pluto­ – Break everything down into its most fundamental parts when attempting to reorganize.  There is a challenge for all of us today to see what is ultimately really important.  Success comes slowly.

14th – Saturday – Venus Sesquiquadrate Uranus, Sun Trine Uranus – Emotional excite and the spirit of adventure dots the landscape and breaks us free from our normal routine.  This is a time of innovation; our direction is changing.  We need to review the impact of our recent steps in order to take advantage of our current opportunities.

15th – Sunday – Saturn Square Pluto, Sun Square Neptune, Mercury Enters Sagittarius, Sun Contra-parallel Mars – Plan, observe, wait.  This is a pregnant moment.  Big ideas are being tossed around and several projects are calling for our attention.  Be careful what you promise now.

16th – Monday – The New Moon is at 2:15 PM EST, Venus Parallel Neptune, Mercury Semi-sextile Pluto – Practical steps are powered by a deep understanding of the present circumstances.  A kind vision of other people makes for harmony in everything we do.  Artistic expression is lifted on the wings of a picture of a higher truth.

17th – Tuesday – Mercury Sextile Saturn – Good news and real opportunity to deal effectively with others makes this a productive day.  A general feeling of wellbeing boosts our confidence; logic and reason are powerful tools that we can use to move mountains now.

18th – Wednesday – Romance, relating, and the arts are all emphasized.  Believing in the basic goodness of every person sets a positive tone for all interactions.

19th – Thursday – Venus Square Mars – Intense passions can sweep us away from the ordinary today.  Frustrations emerge if we try to accomplish more than is possible.  Maintaining basic protocol is difficult but necessary if we are to create anything of lasting value.

20th – Friday – We are supported and helped in our regular tasks today if we keep on time and show others we are reliable.  Take time to acknowledge others.

21st – Saturday – Venus Semi-square Pluto, Venus Parallel Jupiter, Venus Semi-square Saturn, Sun Enters Sagittarius – Put the finishing touches on a long standing project.  Finish anything left over from the last couple of months.  The conveyor-belt of life is bringing us something new, so completing this unfinished business is very important.

22nd – Sunday – It is as if everyone’s mood suddenly lightened up.  We deal with each other and with life’s difficulties with a new candor and freshness.  Time spent with likeminded friends will be very stimulating.

23rd – Monday – Venus Square Jupiter, Sun Semi-sextile Pluto – Polishing our manners and paying attention to common etiquette can keep our enthusiasm in a container of practicality.  It is possible to overdo something in our joy of the moment.  Be careful what you promise.

24th – Tuesday – Sun Sextile Saturn, Mars Contra-parallel Pluto – Structured progress comes through giving and receiving help.  Diplomacy goes a long way in helping others come to terms with their inherent conflicts, which we all have.  There is an undercurrent of anger that can turn violent; practice tolerance and redirect the energy.

25th – Wednesday – Venus Trine Uranus – It doesn’t take any effort at all to change the emotional equation today.  There is a driving sexual pulse to the day which promises to keep every interaction interesting.

26th – Thursday – Mercury Trine Mars, Venus Square Neptune – Creative display of emotions keeps everything colorful now.  We have passionate involvement in so many things…We are happiest and most productive if we are able to limit the focus of our interests.

27th – Friday – Venus Contra-parallel Mars – Explosive passions can disrupt the course of the day but also can be the entre to some new emotional interlude.   Our appetites are temporarily expanded.  Before you take the first step, envision where you want to be in the long run.

28th – Saturday – Venus Parallel Pluto – Our power of attraction is very strong now. Be careful where you put your attention because any passion can become all consuming.  Others ask pointed questions; we have a powerful need to uncover the truth.

29th – Sunday – Mercury Sextile Jupiter, Mars Sesquiquadrate Pluto – There are genuine opportunities to expand our field of activity but we need to be careful that we don’t step on anyone else’s toes in the process.  In the process of being practical and putting forth effort of what we want, we may inadvertently use other people to obtain our own ends; be self correcting; people are actually more important than your current goals.

30th – Monday – Mercury Square Uranus – Unexpected news can leave us in shock.  We may find others to be stubborn or argumentative.  Many problems don’t have to be solved right now, even when they seem very urgent; a short passage of time can give a new perspective and more options.
